2025 – present

As a semi-retired professional, I offer ad-hoc advisory services for Offshore Wind campaigns, covering E, P, I, and/or C opportunities in Europe and the USA. Additionally, I provide confidential recruitment services, matching senior-level talent with key positions on Offshore Wind projects.

2018 – 2024

Business Representative and Advisor in the Offshore Wind Industry, providing expert services related to strategic and commercial, legal and risk matters on Offshore Wind projects. Mainly via Iv-Offfshore & Energy. Serious time is dedicated to Business Development related to High Voltage Direct Current platforms, contracted on EPIC basis.

Network includes Engineering offices, Procurement services for permanent equipment, the offshore Installation infrastructure, and the Construction yards in Europe, the Middle / Far East and USA.

The projects concerned have clients including Tennet, Equinor, 50Hz, ABB, GE, RWE, Attentive Energy, Atlantic Shores, Invenergy.

2015 – 2018

Business Representative and Advisor in the Offshore Wind projects concerning Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation of Offshore Wind Park Facilities, including Turbines and their Foundations (MPs, Jackets); and the Transmission Platforms.

Clients included Seafox, Tennet, HSM, MonobaseWind, ASM Energia, Hollandia, Overdick, Iv-Offshore &Energy, SPT Offshore and non-disclosed Investors.

2013 – 2014 Commercial Director Renewables with Seafox Contractors.
Responsible for development of a market position as contractor in the Offshore wind Industry.
2010 – 2012 Vice President Business Development and Sales, dedicated to Offshore Renewables.
Developing a market position for the Heerema Fabrication Group (HFG) in the offshore wind segment.
Responsibilities include Network Development and maintenance, Stakeholder Relation Management,
Tender Strategy implementation, Project Budget development, and Proposal Negotiations.
2008 – 2009 Vice President Business Development for HFG, responsible for development of Oil & Gas business in the Middle East and in Kazakhstan.
This particularly included relation building in highly political, multi- cultural circumstances.
1995 – 2007 Commercial Manager for HFG, responsible for leading tender teams on multi-discipline projects.
Negotiating contracts related to offshore construction projects for Europe, West Africa and Central Asia.
Studied Sociology, part time, parallel to work. MSc obtained in 2007. Multicultural Society and Policy Issues.
1992 – 1994 Commercial  Manager Heerema Marine Contractors (HMC / PeterGaz), responsible for relation maintenance, human resources, contracts and prices related to the development of a subsea pipeline project in Siberia, in JV with Gazprom
1980 – 1991 Technical, commercial and coordination positions with HMC, including soil engineering and numerical research into Pile Driving predictions.
